I cant think of any coz the company is worst

Makes you work out of working hours. Hires you on contract so they can pay less and false promise of converting to permanent employee. Asks you to leave the job without any prior notice

- Social events/ benefits are good, I appreciate the gesture. - They try to be respectful of my time. - lots of room to use your skills to improve. - They do reward hard work even if your not the squeaky wheel - they understand the nature of the event space - good release cycle and they have started more regular surveying of employees. - managers are approachable, but will already know what they have to say - CEO does give me hope and honestly that's valuable

- ego centric culture, that seems to create more strife and blindness than healthy competition (debatable and common I guess) - Need more intelligence in testing. - Not impressed with overall code quality but girl/boy scouting changes might be better than a rewrite
