- Terrible management - some VPs are clueless, others treat you poorly and tell you that you know nothing because they worked at 'Oracle'. Lots of backstabbing and finger-pointing.
- Poor staff retention - It's ridiculous the turnover that's happening
- Laughable HR - From useless exit interviews to barely providing any support, HR is not qualified or capable of improving culture at this company.
- Not woman friendly - It's like working in the 1990s or 1980s, there are no women in upper or middle management. Those that begin to succeed get crapped on
- No Vision - fundamentally this is a key problem. QuickMobile doesn't seem to know what it wants to be when it grows up, let along 3 years from now. They've been operating with the status quo for the last couple of years.
