Depends on the Store you Work At - Anonymous employee QuickChek Employee Review

I don't even know where to get started. I worked for QC for over 3 years and 2 of those 3 years had been absolutely awful. It was all promises of how things would improve and how I'd be paid more for all of the hard work I put in. None of that has ever happened. Corporate would come in from time to time to see how the store was doing, only to nit pick at certain physical aspects of the store. They don't care if employees go without breaks, stores are understaffed, people are regularly stuck working double shifts, working holidays, etc. It's all about money. The customers were rude and incredibly demanding. They regularly hire people as managers who have no experience, making the all of the staff in the store suffer for it. Don't work here.
