Pros
If you really need experience in marketing, you'll get to work on a wide range of projects.
Cons
Not much direction, poor management styles, little communication between departments on what to focus on, very cliquey, if you don't become best friends with "the right people" you will get passed over for projects and promotions. Overall not a great experience and I would recommend finding a better marketing department that can actually help and guide you to grow your skills and career.
