Pros

Quick Quack has been a great place to work. The family atmosphere here is really awesome. I enjoy the team environment that they have in place. The people who I work with here at Quick Quack Car Wash are amazing, and the job duties are fun too! I enjoy cleaning, spending time with my customers in the duck pond, and giving all customers a remarkable experience every single time they come in! There is a lot of opportunity with Quick Quack, and they pay well too. I am very happy to work here and love to see what I can accomplish here in the future.

Cons

Being a Store Leader at Quick Quack Car Wash can be challenging for reasons that the company can avoid. We are forced to have 6am conference calls almost every single day (even sometimes on our day off), it is almost a form of punishment for not getting memberships or converting well. It has created a lack of work/life balance and it starts your day off on the wrong foot. They micromanage us by making us say the approach word-by-word, they don't let us be creative with our own way of selling memberships. When discussing this to upper management, we are basically told that we have to do it and that we are only making excuses when really we are just trying to brainstorm better ways to interact with customers to get them to sign up. I have seen over 10 Store Leaders quit or get terminated during the year I have worked here, it sets off a red flag and makes me worry about job stability here.

Pros

Good pay, Snacks, Get to be outside, Getting to hand out ducks and stickers to families, sometimes see pets

Cons

Favoritism, Accomodations, Working outside of your pay (a lot of mechanical unsafe maintenance involved for someone who wasn’t told that would be part of the job at all), Dangerous, Having to stick to an approach and getting written up if you change the wording, even for using “which” instead of “what” like they want. Micromanaged, not being paid the same as my coworkers because they know management personally. (3-4 $ differences), not being able to get my shifts covered due to legitimate issues but my coworkers being able to take days off whenever due to knowing management personally
