Pros

- Fast-paced work environment that can help you develop leadership and customer service skills. - Team members at the store level are often supportive and hardworking. - Opportunity to gain management experience at a relatively young age.

Cons

- A certain work culture is preached that they don’t uphold. - Leadership decisions can feel inconsistent, and employees are terminated without clear communication or documented reasoning. - Limited transparency from upper management when it come to job security. -There can be inconsistency between what management says is acceptable and what employees are later disciplined for. - Policies and expectations can feel inconsistently enforced, with employees sometimes facing consequences for actions that were previously approved by management. - Situations may be approved by leadership at one point but later used against employees. - Communication from upper management is sometimes unclear, leaving assistant managers responsible for issues outside their control.

Pros

It’s a consistent job, not too hard to do except very particular about the way the job is done. Dress code is not to bad except shirt are subtly see through.

Cons

The weather gets really hot. Sometimes understaffed so it’s hard to do all three jobs efficiently.

Pros

Good pay, Snacks, Get to be outside, Getting to hand out ducks and stickers to families, sometimes see pets

Cons

Favoritism, Accomodations, Working outside of your pay (a lot of mechanical unsafe maintenance involved for someone who wasn’t told that would be part of the job at all), Dangerous, Having to stick to an approach and getting written up if you change the wording, even for using “which” instead of “what” like they want. Micromanaged, not being paid the same as my coworkers because they know management personally. (3-4 $ differences), not being able to get my shifts covered due to legitimate issues but my coworkers being able to take days off whenever due to knowing management personally
