Pros

Good entry level job for those who are new to the workforce. Company offers health benefits.

Cons

Full Time staff is required to work 6 days a week (Monday-Friday plus a partial day Saturday). Owner (Kris) micromanages his staff. He does not accept constructive criticism well at all, many times causing him to get angry or aggressive. He will even go as far as to say that you have a bad attitude if you disagree with him. He considers things like not saying "good morning" to him when he walks in the door to be a personal affront. One of the previous reviewers mentions that Kris likes to pit employees against each other which is a very accurate statement.

Thanks for the feedback. You are correct – we do work six days a week. We find that it is necessary to provide excellent service to our customers. Customer Service is our #1 goal and I am PROUD of our success and track record. I am grateful to have all of my employees, but yes, “Good Morning” is non-negotiable when in the service business. Admittedly my management style is direct. I regret that you perceived this directness as anger or hostility. Moving forward, I will be more mindful of this issue. My point of view with regard to micro-management is that I am eager to be hands-off the moment an employee demonstrates an aptitude for attention to detail. We have been in business 20+ years and strive to set employees up for success but this is technical work and not everyone has the requisite tools or mindset to excel in the job. It is my job to ensure those that work here have a positive attitude and are capable of working at a high level.

Pros

Great people, positive working environment, ability to grow and gain new knowledge. Great foundation of experience or pathway to a career.

Cons

Some customers could be difficult, given they probably know leas than staff. Even then, it is just an opportunity to educate and build relationships.

Pros

You get paid to be there..

Cons

Worked here for awhile. Previous comments have summarized it pretty good. Everything is archaic. There are no point of sale systems, just a brain dead paperwork system that the CEO won't change because it 'just works'. It doesn't. It's a mess, annoying, and takes longer than it should. You get (I'm not joking) 300+ emails a DAY and you are expected to read them all. The ego is really hard to look past. He won't take any time to get to know you, but will sit you down for hours at a time and tell you how much you need to be like him. Place is an actual nightmare to work at. Sidenote: once you meet him, you will get used to the way he talks very quickly. There are two good reviews here, both very clearly written by him. Hilarious.
