Background verification and the work is very good and intresting however the company is a serious bad choice.
Cons
Nobody in the management is empathatic towards employees, very forceful in terms of very unnessecary things, micro management is at the peak, basic respect they lack, timings are very strict , their rules are way out of the box and they do late sittings however you have to come at sharp 9 at any cost, no flexibility.
Think twice before even appearing for the interview, they just waste time taking 4-5 rounds and rejecting the candidate at last.
