      Good hours, good opportunities for over time and promotion

      Cons

      High turn over rate of new people working and then leaving, despite it being a great place to work. Causing issues having to retrain new people.

      Smaller company. Access to leadership. Talent pool small.

      Do not seem to appreciate individuals. Direction of the company is clouded at best. Promotional options are who you know, more than job done.
