Pros

My experience with this company was on contract and was significantly impacted by the actions of founders. Interactions with India operation leaders were deeply unprofessional and driven by self-interest rather than fairness or ethical leadership. Decisions made by senior employees created an environment of fear, mistrust, and career risk for employees. I felt that associating closely with one of the head of India operations ultimately caused more harm than benefit, both professionally and personally. I would strongly advise potential employees to be cautious and to carefully observe management dynamics before joining this organisation.

Cons

No matter how many unethical practices you do and make money by those unethical practices by ruining others life and career. Eventually all your lies and these deeds will dig a grave for your company. The double face sword attitude you are showing will not get identified by few but eventually you guys will get expose.

Pros

Nothing at this point for this company. Completely frustrated.

Cons

Working here has been a frustrating and eye-opening experience. The company severely underpays its employees and offers almost meaningless salary hikes—sometimes just a few hundred—while leadership continues to reward themselves disproportionately, 5-7 lakhs per month. The gap between employee compensation and management earnings is not just large, it feels unjustifiable. The overall culture comes across as exploitative. Employees are expected to deliver results without being fairly compensated or recognized. Transparency is practically non-existent, and there is little regard for employee growth or well-being. It often feels like the organization is focused solely on extracting as much value as possible from its workforce while giving very little in return. There are also concerning practices in how clients, especially in international markets, are handled. From what I’ve observed, the approach raises serious ethical questions and impacts the credibility of the services being delivered. In short, this is not a company that values its people or operates with strong integrity. I would strongly caution anyone considering joining to think twice.
