Pros
Supported by investors with lots of money
Cons
Very rigid company with rude middle managers. A company that is very aggressively acquiring smaller ones without a proper plan to integrate and handle all their new tools and employees. Be ready to wait for several months to get your commissions paid, while they are constantly switching product branding so you find it hard to even know the name of what you are selling and then to offer accordingly. All this in addition to the lack of team spirit created by poor managers, in a place where there is no room for growth as new managers are recruited from outside. Chaotic onboarding, micromanagement style, messy benefit and payment processes, and a big turnover of people. Questel is pumping the market with money that works very well for the investors, but it doesn't for the employees. Work at Questel at your own risk!
