      1. people working in top management are not supportive. 2. only 10-15 employees 3. growth :) a joke 4. salary very less pay 5. no appreciation wont suggest anyone..

      Pros

      Good environment, Exceptional management. Guaranteed weekly pay. They also offer nice weekly bonuses that is based on production. You get to travel for free if you'd like to.

      Cons

      Requires a lot of hard work to get results. If I didn't work as hard my paycheck noticed. Though like I said it is a guaranteed weekly pay it just sucks knowing I could have worked harder and made my check a couple of hundred dollars more. I can't stress enough CONSISTENT HARD WORK IS REQUIRED. Morning meetings seemed pointless to me but others enjoyed it.
