If you are on a, “Quest,” to advance your career and station in life, please, take your talents and ferocity elsewhere! Outside of the founders, the CMO and CFO the remaining cast of characters have no business managing a company with sincere organic growth on the cusp of being bought. Sadly, the founders got duped into hiring the current CEO. His arrogance, intellect and insanely insecure temperament have led to the hiring of a CCO who proved to be even more feckless. Candidly, the only thing that will save this company from an implosion is if some unsuspecting CPG comes – in to save the day before the brand is found out. Between the buffoon-like antics of the CEO and CCO, it only makes sense that the internal workings of the company mimic their inability to get out of their own way! In my entire adult life, I have never worked for a company that makes a conscious effort to fail! In the end, if you have no conscious, value system or direction in life, Quest is the perfect stepping stone to building a career you never wanted. As the country enjoys a robust economy and full-employment, think long and hard before you make the mistake of joining a company that will never reap any career benefits. If you do not accept my opinion, do your own due diligence and you will find other employees who can corroborate my tale of woes!
