I was a former medical technologist in Quest. Quest is a great place to start in if you are new to the industry and looking to gain experience. The staff usually comprises of young and vibrant individuals so if you are just starting out, you would fit in with ease. If you're seeking a place to grow, then Quest is a good place for you.

Poor management of staff. Too lenient that sometimes section head/senior staff can get away with neglecting junior staff. Lack of proper competency tests so you can't exactly gauge how competent you are.
