Still haven't been paid my payroll arrears after 3 weeks. HR is totally self serve. My Quest manager lies and then ignores me. If your client boss ignores validating your hours worked Quest company threatens you with no pay unless you coerce your boss into validating. If the boss doesn't validate then Quest pays you anyway. Pointless blackmail and stress.
