Everything was great there..

No pros because this company has been caught by one client and facing legal measures of cheating and fraud.

1.Salary is given next month on 15th - 19th . 2.Saturday and Sunday are working. 3.At 2:30 am you'll get a call from directors for status update on task. 4.No promotion or appraisal as there are only 25 employees in the company. 5.They don't us JIRA , or any other tool instead they use excel sheet. 6.Only data entry work done mostly , in Excel sheet ......I joined as a react developer but ended up doing data entry work. 7.Activity tracking tool Time Doctor is used for tracking activity of employee , if found inactive for 5 mins then 7 days salary is deducted. 8.Most the development work is handled by freelancers for less amount and short time. 9.No respect for employees on completing 1 year instead only abuse. 10.Team Lead and Managers are relatives of Directors & they literally don't have any knowledge about the tech stack.
