      They don't provide salary on time, hiring Firing is their favorite thing to do with their employees without informing them. Their is no scope to grow. Favoritism is on its peak. You are like a beggar in this company who is continuously asking for your hard earned money. Directors will be very sweet with you initially but after sometime they will show their real face. They don't even feel like to train the employee or if he or she is lacking somewhere so instead of giving training them they will prefer to fire. Never ever join this fake company.

      Pros

      No pros because this company has been caught by one client and facing legal measures of cheating and fraud.

      Cons

      1.Salary is given next month on 15th - 19th . 2.Saturday and Sunday are working. 3.At 2:30 am you'll get a call from directors for status update on task. 4.No promotion or appraisal as there are only 25 employees in the company. 5.They don't us JIRA , or any other tool instead they use excel sheet. 6.Only data entry work done mostly , in Excel sheet ......I joined as a react developer but ended up doing data entry work. 7.Activity tracking tool Time Doctor is used for tracking activity of employee , if found inactive for 5 mins then 7 days salary is deducted. 8.Most the development work is handled by freelancers for less amount and short time. 9.No respect for employees on completing 1 year instead only abuse. 10.Team Lead and Managers are relatives of Directors & they literally don't have any knowledge about the tech stack.
