The long term view of caring for people throughout a lifetime and retaining managers toward that end was essential to the success of the client care provided.
Cons
Recent changes in top management and philosophy changed the focus to financial expansion which lead to a short-term view. This increased rapid changes in middle management increasing instability and dissatisfaction among staff which fueled more changes in middle management create further instability and dissatisfaction.
