      - salary not bad - that’s about it.

      Cons

      - extremely demanding work culture - work comes before life - if you are hired, they do not give you time to learn anything. - expectation is you come and work 70-80 hours - they don’t really care about giving you a chance unfortunately - biggest thing: you don’t feel the diversity engagement, they treat you differently

      Paychecks are nice and a few coworkers are great

      Cons

      Management does not care about you, turnover rate is high, benefits are okay. People are rude and talk behind your back. Good place to get belittled and burnt out.
