      Hired fresh out of phlebotomy school with no experience.

      Cons

      The management was not good across the entire organization. They had managers who had no healthcare experience managing Patient Service Centers.

      Paychecks are nice and a few coworkers are great

      Cons

      Management does not care about you, turnover rate is high, benefits are okay. People are rude and talk behind your back. Good place to get belittled and burnt out.
