Pros

Very good TOP time. Bonus package "goal sharing". Lots of things to learn if you are able to "self educate" and not afraid to try. Many opportunities to transfer to different depts. Decent starting pay. Stable job if your willing to be a worker bee.

Cons

Lots of top time but good luck getting time off approved. Attendance policy is way to harsh. There is little to no training for new employees. The raises are horrible. Expect to work hard to meet high metrics for 3% raises, if your an awesome employee. That's like 25¢. Corporate will bold face lie to your face, can't trust them. Quality people quit or get laid off. Management rules by fear. Increase in knowledge and responsibilities is not reflected in pay.

Paychecks are nice and a few coworkers are great

Cons

Management does not care about you, turnover rate is high, benefits are okay. People are rude and talk behind your back. Good place to get belittled and burnt out.
