Pros

Let me think... a paycheck? There are benefits but you have to pay a lot for them.

Cons

Very backstabbing environment, favoritism and cliques in the office, be prepared to be a lone wolf if you are new no one is going to want to help you. No training bay or professional training class. Not enough parking in the lot so be prepared to street park and walk a lot, to get tickets, and possibly get your car broken into. We were expected to work overtime before a holiday weekend to meet production goals, when everyone else was leaving at 3. If you are a new person, no one helps you on your team, they are all too busy with their own jobs and production goals. Be prepared to eat your lunch by yourself. . If you have to miss a day of work your first few months they will start to treat you very badly. I saw this happen to a few people who got sick or had some kind of health related issue early on, they were ostracized. The managers will never let you live it down. If you don't catch on very quickly you are out. Sink or swim. They might as well have said "NEXT!"
