Job satisfaction declining every year - Technologist Quest Diagnostics Employee Review

Management is horrendous - people in my dept were hired for a position then never given the title or pay (and its been years). WAY too focused on metrics...feel like there's a decline in patient focus and definitely zero focus on employee satisfaction (you feel very disposable). Management is very disorganized in all areas. Very little room for advancement, even with flawless reviews and high productivity year in and year out. I've been here for >5 years and every year it just gets worse and worse.
