      The vacation system is good

      Cons

      Terrible pay! They dont listen to employees, dont tell you the right information. More then 2 years working with no absence and no bonus because I quitted 20 days before the bonus effective day!!! They will keep the bonus of my hard work! And they sent me an email with the amount just to tell me I was not eligible!!! What an unfair treat for my service with them!

      Good pay and stable benefits

      Cons

      Toxic Corporate work culture makes staying hard. You get more work for little recognition, you have to fight with management to use your benefits. Fight for the use of vacation time.
