      Pay is not at all in line with performance, no respect for people, no such thing as a days work, management are slaves to unrelenting emails, redundant email pass the buck & waste of life conference call hell 15 hour days 7 days a week, no such thing as TOP/vacation,

      Cons

      Toxic Corporate work culture makes staying hard. You get more work for little recognition, you have to fight with management to use your benefits. Fight for the use of vacation time.
