      Pros

      Time off, salary, ability to work from home. Every so often, you can get the feeling of having made someone's work easier by providing a new or improved application.

      Cons

      Annual reviews that seem to emphasize the negative. Also, I wanted the opportunity to review the people reviewing me. There are at least two sides to every story.

      Pros

      Pay is higher than most in the area. Hours are good. Benefits are good.

      Cons

      It’s very difficult to get time off for anything, regardless of how much vacation time you have. Only 15% of those hours will carry over and you lose what you’ve worked for and weren’t able to use. Not enough floats to cover the territory so people can actually get time off. Pay raises aren’t very good.
