      Crowded lab. They've outgrown the building. Lack of resources. Lack of accountability. Collective punishment for individual wrong-doing. PTO accrual takes too long. Only 5 sick days per year.

      Toxic Corporate work culture makes staying hard. You get more work for little recognition, you have to fight with management to use your benefits. Fight for the use of vacation time.
