Pros

Remote work, solid pay and benefits. Team leadership is as helpful and accommodating as they can be.

Cons

Initial training is very good, but uptraining is lacking. Room for advancement is dependent on being up trained and sometimes there aren't many uptraining options available.

Pros

Paychecks are nice and a few coworkers are great

Cons

Management does not care about you, turnover rate is high, benefits are okay. People are rude and talk behind your back. Good place to get belittled and burnt out.
