      My manager does what she can to support me. Mostly no drama as long as you do your job. Benefits are good

      Heavy workloads, communication issues within the company. Intermediate behind the scenes people can be disrespectful to phlebotomists

      Toxic Corporate work culture makes staying hard. You get more work for little recognition, you have to fight with management to use your benefits. Fight for the use of vacation time.
