100% Mobile You go your own schedule and availability. You do everything from confirming spot to showing up, conducting appt, shipping specimens to lab. Great for learning without pressure.bo micromanaging. In field alone, never meeting anyone you work with.
Cons
Rude manager, NO sense of direction once you start. Up to you to navigate and ask questions. I’ve never been a phlebotomist. They hired me bc of my “experience” I am an 911 EMT of 20 years (basic, do not do IVs). No recognition of my 1 year work anniversary. They will make your schedule insanely busy and hectic. Deploy boundaries for work/home life.
