      Geared toward young employees who are starting their careers in financial planning. Heavily recruits interns and employees from the Texas Tech Financial Planning program.

      Cons

      Challenges are getting paid compensation equal to similar firms in the industry for staff level positions. Health insurance benefits are not comparable to other firms.
