Overall a great internship experience! The work that the company does is super interesting and a great way to learn about innovation and tech from a consulting perspective. They work with big clients, which is great exposure to the corporate world. Because the company is so small, the executives are very accessible and just generally awesome. They trusted me to do real work that had an impact on the company, which is rare for an internship. Lastly, the hours are very reasonable

The only cons I can think of (which are definitely outweighed by the pros) are that the company is small so the name doesn't carry a ton of weight, and the intern hourly pay is below that of other consulting firms/corporations
