Many to list. Management is a "good old boys club" with no management experience. Constantly find ways to lower your raise or Bonus. Actually focus on how many "touches" you get and can care less about actual customer service. Keep the same people in postions of power but expect different results (definition of insanity). Actually threaten to write you up for trying to stay warm by running your heat or air while doing their ridiculous transactions. Lie to customers that they are actually filtering their water with a coffee use water filter that costs 32.00 and only replace once a year.

We will take into consideration your concerns regarding management and compensation going forward. Regarding our filters, our water filter is referred to as a “coffee filter” by other companies in the industry because it is traditionally used as a coffee filter as it removes more impurities from water than a traditional water cooler filter. We use it as our standard water cooler filter so that our customers’ water is as clean and fresh as it can be. Thank you again for your feedback. It will allow us to grow as a Quench family!

Terrible Working Conditions. If you want to be miserable from sun up until sun down, then this is probably the best bet. The company, is constantly going through mergers (been through several from the time hired to the time I quit) and yet the company couldn't even afford to give their workers WINTER JACKETS for the winter season in New York during the most fridged of time periods even after multiple complaints. Instead, they decided that a better use of the money would be for "new flooring for the warehouses" because "the investors want to see what the facilities look like". Meanwhile the management sits on their butts all day getting drunk during work ours as if they aren't already drowning in work as it is. Like i said, if you value yourself worth, dont work here. -easy to learn -management -HR does not do their jobs -The pay isnt worth the labor -Racist co-workers -Over worked constantly - Unrealistic Expections -THEY CUT YOUR OVERTIME
