      -small team of managers -good professional development for educators -learn a lot about artists and contemporary art, and history through exhibitions and archives

      Cons

      -very little pay scale growth -no benefits offered to part time teaching artists, and no full time option -the team is small so when there are changes in management, the experience can vary greatly

      At times you have a lot of work, and sometimes none at all. Sometimes plans are last minute.
