The company and department use a lot of different technologies and is a great place for learning.
Cons
Work-life balance varies with team/department. Software test can be quite hectic. Administrative leadership in each department is usually not situated onsite for long enough periods outside of China. They may end up having a distorted view of the team environment. They do not see the day-to-day. Flattery is sometimes more favoured more than actual work qualities.
