Pros
They have a very supportive and caring staff throughout the office, lots of smiles, and you can even bring your dog into work. HUGE plus. When you have struggles you can always find someone to support you, let you know it's happened to them too. The work is hard, and stressful no doubt, but having a supportive staff is crucial.
Cons
There are three offices now, and i haven't been to all of them so it would be nice to meet all staff. Hopefully at the Bocce tournament.
