Your co-workers can lie about you to get you fired and you won't be asked for your side of the story; you can be penalized for defending yourself; spineless middle management; there are some "creative" people who have yet to deliver on the promise to be creative, including creative leadership, who is soley responsible for helping create a company website that looks like every other agency's and features only favorite millennials; questionable relationships abound throughout the company and rampant favortism--for instance, if you are good friends with certain leadership, you can do literally no work all day and still collect a paycheck --even when others around you are loaded to the gills with work.
