      Pay was good/competitive but dishonestly. Means to an end

      Cons

      COO and CEO do not understand their information tech infrastructure. They don't have an organized data environment. COO and CEO are not sure how ID's work nor do they really now what they want. They throw money around, hoping for quick fixes. They let a lot of people go. Dis-Loyal environment
