They con salespeople out of commission checks. After the salesperson nabs the client, they do NOT get commission for any future purchases that client makes. They claim to advance from within, but hires an outsider to remove any chance of advancement for current employees. Office space is VERY small. The office manager has no filter--so if he decides to make fun of you, curse you out, or chastise you, all of your employees will hear it. He has the typical frat-boy-bully-douchebag personality, so I can promise that he will do that.
