Brilliant and caring people that treat you like family. COVID has put significant stress on the organization at all levels. The company has been dealt a difficult hand, but management seems to be doing everything possible to keep everyone employed.
Cons
COVID has been very challenging for the organization
There were nice perks in the office. The bathrooms were good. Snacks, lunches, and a dog-friendly office. Basically all your regular startup perks.
Cons
Little to no transparency from management. Not a single care for the real wellbeing of their employees. The CEO is all over the place and does not speak clearly or stay on topic. There were failed attempts from the COO to help with this but it was clearly not genuine.
