Some brilliant clients and families of clients to work with.
Cons
Management won't listen to ground level staff, won't investigate complaints against their own. There is bullying among 'cliques' who suck up to service managers for the best shifts, free food to take home, and when there's been a fundraiser, the first thing to buy on their priority list are new office chairs for themselves. Creates resentment and staff turnover is through the roof. They charge clients and councils over £50 an hour per carer for outreach services when the hourly rate paid to the carer was only £7.40 in 2016. Why is this company given charity status when it is so clearly a corporate business with no ethics?
