      Pros

      Close to the train and downtown neighborhood was nice. It was near a bookstore and coffee shop.

      Cons

      Worked like a dog - approximately 80 hrs a week. Work culture was horrible. CEO was a monster. One holiday, instead of bonuses or anything special kudos, etc., we got leftover candy from the CEO's daughter's birthday party.

      Pros

      The nicest people ever. They give you a lot of trust and responsibility. It is great experience.

      Cons

      Many of the employees are Contract or Freelance, so there's very little job security.

      Creative, experienced and educated coworkers. Overtime pay

      Cons

      Repressive management and CEO. Long hours and deadlines. Hostile and insensitive production director. No room to speak openly.
