Wonderful company to work for the owners are caring and fair with employees. The company continues to find new benefits to offer employees. If you are willing to learn and want to expand your horizons this is a great company to work for.
Cons
It is too bad that a few past employees would continue to harass a good company by posting poor reviews. The owner lets you know up front in the job interview what will be expected from you and what the work load is as well as the starting wages. Everyone who has posted a review agreed to work for the wages they received. Every employer or boss is in charge of ensuring work is produce to the companies standers. If a manger does not take charge everything falls apart. It is not unusual for companies to monitor internet usage and to have rules that regulate an employee's online presents during business hours.
