It's the toxic crab mentality of the Filipinos that will bring you down which doesn't sound right because the owners themselves listen to employees and are good people. They have a lot of expectations but won't give you the support or training that you need in order to deliver. Duedates are impossible. Too much workload for the pay rate. More like you're hired as a robot. Self-righteous managers who think they always know better. You can't be sick because you're not allowed to feel human.
