Handled performance management for the HR interns 3. Organized virtual employee engagement activities 4. Worked on the client hiring for UI Developer and Sales role 5. Worked on the official training documents 6. Conducted virtual recruitment drive 7. Organized virtual employee engagement activities 8. Mentored new joinees 9. Made 8 candidate conversions for premium HR training bootcamp and organised end to end training program. 10. Team handling I would like to thank the CEO of the company Aparna Raghavendran ma'am and the whole team for giving me this opportunity and for guiding and motivating me always. Indeed, QUANTUMHUNTS is the best organization to start your career with.

Cons

According to me, I haven't faced any downsides at QUANTUMHUNTS.
