Undervalues employees - Software Engineer Quantum3D Employee Review

Great Place to work and good employees.

I have no cons to share

-Diverse employees. -Good learning opportunity and job experience in the corporate world. -Government/Military Exposure.

-No raises/growth despite having work praises and high evaluations. -Extremely low ball pay for interns/employees just starting out of college. -Q3D is a Subsidiary of a Turkey company called Havelsan and their government/guests expects women to serve them when they visit the office in person. -Terrible Leaders/Exec staff with multiple un-ethical scenarios encounters. -All remote employees laid off for simply being a remote worker and not in-office worker (before covid). -Forced to use PTO hours during Xmas/NewYears or take no-pay while they shut down their office for the holidays. -No 401k matching.
