Lots of hands-on experience available; opportunity to work outside a corporate environment; small size of the company allows all employees to see very transparently the operations of the start-up
Cons
Innovation is limited by upper management and therefore the company's potential is severely capped; no prioritization of quality engineering which lead to wasted resources and operations; poor compensation with no benefit package; pressure to work overtime with no compensation(70+ hour work weeks regularly)
