      -Flexible Schedule, able to take vacation time and spend time with family -Helpful management that cares about doing the job right

      Cons

      -Business can fluctuate throughout seasons, sometimes very busy sometimes very slow -Things are always changing with a startup so always have to be on your toes

      Pros

      Current CEO has a great background and is generally loyal. Flexible work schedule and allowances for home office/remote office work.

      Cons

      No health benefits. Uneven and unfair distribution of stock options. Poor communication of corporate goals. Inability to perform job duties at the level normally suited to this level.
