Good company with varied work - Digital Artist Quantum Signal Employee Review

I was given actual tasks of consequence on projects that I was interested in. The teams I was on always welcomed me and were always willing to answer any questions I had. All of the employees I talked to were passionate about their jobs and happy to speak with me about my future career. I was given a long leash on tasks for projects and Ii felt respected as a contributor despite my status as intern.

The office being a former school can have its downs in regards to its creature comforts, I also found it to be very cold.

Excellent atmosphere, employee engagement, fun work vibe, diverse projects.

Flat company structure. No real ladder to climb.
