You will learn a lot in a short period of time.
Cons
Management is a joke. They will not back you on anything and throw under the bus to the customer. No overtime and you are expected to be on call and work 50-60 hours. Customers constantly threatening to cancel contracts and Managment blaming the employees at the next meeting when it's management ineptitude. Benefit premiums are high.
